Welcome to MUNO ("the App", "we"). Please read this agreement carefully before registering. By using the App you agree to all terms below.
MUNO 是一款面向成年人的同频社交应用，提供同频匹配、即时聊天、语音通话、广场动态等社交功能，以及会员订阅等增值服务。
MUNO is a social app for adults offering matching, instant messaging, voice calls, plaza posts, and optional membership subscriptions.
本应用仅限年满 18 周岁的成年人使用。注册时你需填写真实出生日期以完成年龄验证；未满 18 周岁的用户无法完成注册。若你未满 18 周岁，请立即停止使用并卸载本应用。若我们事后发现账号使用者为未成年人，有权立即终止该账号并删除相关数据。
The App is available only to adults aged 18 or older. You must provide your real date of birth for age verification at sign-up; users under 18 cannot complete registration. If you are under 18, please stop using the App and uninstall it. If we later determine an account belongs to a minor, we may terminate it and delete related data.
你需妥善保管账号信息，并对账号下发生的所有行为负责。请勿将账号借予他人使用，或以任何方式转让、出售账号。
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not lend, transfer, or sell your account.
你在使用本应用时，不得发布或传播下列内容：
同时禁止：恶意刷量、使用外挂或自动化脚本、批量注册、爬取数据、攻击或干扰本应用正常运行。
You must not post or share content that is illegal, pornographic, violent, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, gambling-related, or infringes others' privacy or intellectual property. Automated scripts, bulk registration, scraping, and attacks on the service are prohibited.
本应用设有内容审核与举报机制。你可以对不当内容或用户进行举报，也可以拉黑任何骚扰你的用户。我们在收到举报后会及时处理，对违规内容予以下架、对违规账号予以限制功能或封禁。我们有权但无义务对全部用户内容进行事前审查。
The App provides reporting and blocking tools. You may report objectionable content or users and block anyone who harasses you. We review reports promptly and may remove content or restrict/terminate accounts. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to pre-screen user content.
你发布的内容（文字、图片、语音等）所有权仍归你所有。你授予本应用一项非独占、免许可费的权利，在提供服务所必需的范围内展示、存储与分发这些内容。你需确保你对所发布内容拥有合法权利。
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute it as needed to operate the service. You must hold the rights to what you post.
会员订阅等增值服务通过 Apple App Store 应用内购买完成，收费、续订与退订均以 App Store 规则为准。订阅将自动续订，你可随时在 App Store 账户设置中取消。共振币等站内虚拟道具仅用于站内服务，不可提现、转让或兑换现金。
Membership and other digital services are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase. Billing, renewal, and cancellation follow App Store rules. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled anytime in your App Store account settings. In-app virtual items are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
本应用的软件、界面设计、商标、图标及其他内容，其知识产权归我们或相应权利人所有。未经许可，不得复制、修改、分发或用于商业用途。
The App's software, design, trademarks, icons, and other content are owned by us or the respective rights holders and may not be copied, modified, or distributed for commercial use without permission.
本应用按「现状」提供。因不可抗力、第三方服务故障、网络中断等原因导致的服务中断或数据丢失，我们在法律允许范围内不承担赔偿责任。你与其他用户之间的互动及由此产生的后果，由你自行承担。
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, third-party failures, or network issues. You are responsible for your interactions with other users.
我们可能不定期更新本协议，更新后的版本将在本页面及 App 内公示。继续使用本应用即视为你接受更新后的协议。若你不同意，请停止使用并注销账号。
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page and reflected in the App. Continued use means you accept the changes; if you disagree, please stop using the App and delete your account.
本协议的订立、效力、解释及争议解决，适用服务提供者所在地法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决。
These terms are governed by the laws of the service provider's jurisdiction. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
