本政策说明 MUNO 应用（以下简称「本应用」或「我们」）在你使用本应用时如何收集、使用、存储、传输与保护你的个人信息。请在使用前仔细阅读。
This policy explains how the MUNO app ("the App", "we") collects, uses, stores, transfers, and protects your information.
本应用数据存储于美国硅谷的云服务器（腾讯云国际 · 硅谷节点），数据传输默认经加密通道（HTTPS / WSS）。
App data is stored on cloud servers in the United States (Tencent Cloud International, Silicon Valley). Data is transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS / WSS) by default.
Profile: the email you register with, plus nickname, avatar, frequency, and gender you provide. Messages: chat history is kept on your device; a message you send is relayed through our servers and, if the recipient is offline, held there for delivery for at most 7 days, then deleted from the server once delivered; plaza posts are stored on our server. Location: collected only when you send it as a message or enable "Show real distance" — we then report an approximate coordinate to compute distance with people on your frequency, and turning it off clears the stored coordinate. Device info: for crash statistics, push notifications, and security. Purchases: App Store receipt and entitlement status.
To provide registration, matching, messaging, voice calls, and plaza features; to protect accounts and prevent abuse; to improve the product; and to deliver and validate in-app purchases.
我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不与广告商共享。仅在为提供服务所必需或法律要求时，与以下第三方共享：
We never sell your personal information and never share it with advertisers. We share only as necessary to provide the service or as required by law, with: Tencent Cloud International (storage & compute); Zhipu GLM (AI chat / image generation / translation — conversation text is sent to the model); WebRTC / TURN (voice calls, signaling and media only); and Apple (payment processing — we never access your payment credentials).
麦克风与相机仅在你发送语音 / 拍照时调用；定位仅在你开启「显示真实距离」或发送位置时调用；通知权限用于消息提醒。以上权限均可随时在系统设置中关闭。
Microphone and camera are used only when you send voice or photos; location only when you enable "Show real distance" or send a location; notifications only for message alerts. All can be disabled anytime in system settings.
账号相关数据保留至你注销账号为止。注销后我们将删除你的账号及关联个人数据（含帖子、评论、点赞等）；法律另有最短留存要求的，保留至期限届满后删除。本机聊天记录随卸载删除；服务器上尚未送达的暂存消息最长保留 7 天。
Account data is kept until you delete your account. On deletion we remove your account and associated personal data (posts, comments, likes, etc.). Where a minimum statutory retention period applies, data is deleted after it expires. Chat history lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App; messages still awaiting delivery are held on our servers for at most 7 days.
你可随时在「设置」中删除账号、更正资料、关闭定位与通知等权限；如需查阅或导出其他数据，可通过下方联系方式与我们联系。账号删除入口位于 App 内「设置 → 账号 → 删除账号」。
You may delete your account, correct your profile, and revoke location or notification permissions anytime in Settings (account deletion: Settings → Account → Delete Account). For access or export of other data, contact us using the details below.
我们不面向不满 14 周岁的儿童提供服务；不满 14 周岁用户的个人信息按更严格标准保护，使用需监护人同意。若发现误收集了儿童信息，请联系我们，我们将尽快删除。
The App is not directed to children under 14. Users under 14 are protected under stricter standards and require parental consent. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
本应用面向多个国家和地区提供服务，你的数据主要存储于美国（腾讯云国际 · 硅谷节点）。为提供 AI 帮聊 / 翻译 / 文生图与语音通话等服务，部分数据（如对话内容、语音信令）会交由上条所列的第三方处理（含位于中国的智谱 GLM），可能涉及自美国向中国及其他地区的跨境传输。我们仅在服务必需范围内传输，并要求接收方按不低于本政策的标准保护数据。
Your data is primarily stored in the United States (Tencent Cloud International, Silicon Valley). To provide AI chat / translation / image generation and voice calls, certain data (such as conversation text and call signaling) is processed by the third parties listed above (including Zhipu GLM, located in China), which may involve cross-border transfers from the United States to China and other regions. We transfer only what is necessary and require recipients to protect data to a standard no lower than this policy.
如你位于欧盟 / 英国 / 加州等地区，你依法享有访问、更正、删除、限制处理、可携带、反对处理你的个人数据以及撤回同意的权利，并有权向所在地数据保护机构投诉。行使方式：App 内「设置 → 隐私安全 / 意见反馈」，或通过下方联系方式与我们联系，我们将在法定期限内响应。我们处理你数据的法律依据包括：为履行服务合同的必需、你的同意，以及改善服务与保障安全的正当利益。
If you are in the EU / UK / California or another covered region, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent; you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, use in-app Settings → Privacy / Feedback or the contact details below; we will respond within the statutory period. Our legal bases include necessity to perform the service contract, your consent, and our legitimate interests in improving the service and ensuring safety.
我们可能不定期更新本政策，更新后会在本页面发布并同步更新 App 内的政策文本。重大变更将另行通知。
We may update this policy from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page and reflected in the in-app policy. Material changes will be notified separately.
